Your Privacy Matters

PicLet is designed with privacy as a core principle. We believe your images are yours alone, and we've built our application to ensure they stay that way.

Local Processing

All image processing in PicLet happens locally on your device or through temporary server-side processing that immediately discards your data. Your images are never stored, shared, or transmitted to third parties.

• Images are processed in-memory and immediately returned to your browser
• Temporary files are deleted immediately after processing
• No image data is logged, stored, or retained
• We do not have access to view, analyze, or use your images

Store Assets Local Storage

The "Generate Store Assets" tool may use your browser's local storage to save custom presets. This data:

• Is stored only on your device
• Is never transmitted to any server
• Can be cleared at any time through your browser settings
• Contains only preset configurations, not image data

Data Collection

PicLet does not collect any personal data. We do not use:

• Analytics or tracking scripts
• Cookies for tracking purposes
• Third-party advertising
• User accounts or registration

Third-Party Services

PicLet does not integrate with any third-party services that would have access to your images. The only external link is to Buy Me a Coffee for voluntary donations, which is governed by their own privacy policy.

PicLet is open source under the AGPL-3.0 license. You can review our entire codebase on GitHub to verify our privacy practices.
